What do I need to know about Miraval Tucson and booking my room?

Miraval is an all-inclusive luxury spa resort.

This is the land of the Sonoran Desert with year-round beauty, sunny days and star-filled nights.

Your stay at Miraval includes:

Round trip ground transportation to/from Tucson International Airport

All meals, coffee & tea, snacks, smoothies, and non-alcoholic beverages

How do I get to Miraval Resort and Spa?

We recommend flying into Tucson International Airport (TUS). Miraval offers a complimentary shared shuttle service with pickups and dropoffs at Tucson International Airport and Miraval Arizona. Private cars are also available for an additional cost. Alternatively, you can choose to drive to the resort and take advantage of their complimentary valet parking. Shuttle service reservations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival and departure.

Is the Summit for coaches only?

Yes. The Physician Coaching Summit is a welcoming space for all physicians (MD/DO or equivalent) who are coaches or coaches-in-training.

What should I wear?

Attire for the Summit is different than most medical conferences. Speakers at the Summit will dress business casual. Participants can dress in whatever is most comfortable for them. Anything goes at Miraval from leisurewear to more formal attire.

Is the Summit accessible for all?

An amplified sound system will be used in the main meeting room. Please contact Miraval at 1 800 232 3969 in advance to discuss other accommodations.

What is the cancellation policy for the resort?

What is the cancellation policy for the Institute for Physician Wellness?

Cancellations made 90 days prior to the event will be refunded the full registration amount minus a nonrefundable $250 processing fee. All cancellations made for any reason after that date are nonrefundable. No exceptions or transfers can be made.

The Institute for Physician Wellness, LLC reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event of a cancellation or postponement, The Institute for Physician Wellness, LLC will refund the registration fee but is not responsible for any other related costs or charges to the participant.

Miraval Resort and Spa is a separate entity from The Institute for Physician Wellness and has a separate cancellation policy. The Institute for Physician Wellness is not responsible for fees or charges associated with your cancellation at this resort.
