Professional Coaching
for Women Physicians
Stop over-functioning. Start living.
You’ve built a remarkable life.
You’re accomplished, thoughtful, and the one others rely on.
And you’ve done it all while carrying an invisible load no one else really sees.
But something in you knows—it’s time for a different way.
Let’s be honest: it’s been time for a long time.
You’re ready to stop over-functioning.
To stop proving your worth through exhaustion.
To stop postponing joy for a future that never quite arrives.
You’re not looking for another productivity hack. You’re ready for a deeper shift—one that honors who you are now, and who you’re becoming.
You’re not broken.
You’re overextended and ready to feel better.
Who This Is For
I coach women physicians who are ready to live differently.
Women who have built impressive careers, taken care of everyone else, and held it all together—often at the cost of their own well-being.
This work is for women physicians who know there’s another way…
and are ready to claim it.
My Approach
As a Master Certified Coach, I bring a trauma-informed, mind-body approach—grounded in science, shaped by experience, and guided by compassion. I understand the pressures women physicians carry because I live them.
My coaching draws from a deep and integrated foundation in:
- Contemporary neuroscience
- Cognitive behavioral psychology
- Somatic coaching principles
- Mindfulness and meditation
- Mindful self-compassion
This isn’t about surface-level tips or positive thinking.
It’s evidence-based. Steady. Grounded. Transformational.
What This Looks Like
This is a high-level, one-on-one coaching relationship designed for depth, clarity, and lasting transformation.
We meet regularly via Zoom in a grounded, steady cadence—creating space for honest reflection, meaningful support, and forward momentum.
Coaching Structure at a Glance
Format: Private 1:1 sessions via Zoom (60 minutes)
Frequency: Typically every 1-2 weeks (customized as needed)
Commitment: 3 to 6-month coaching partnership
Focus: Deep clarity, alignment, and sustainable well-being
Next Step: Book a consult call—this is a thoughtful conversation, not a sales pitch
This is not performance coaching. It’s not about pushing harder or doing more.
It’s a space to pause. To realign with what matters most. And to move forward—with clarity and joy.
Topics We Often Explore
Clarity and navigating transitions–whether in medicine, midlife or more
Patterns of people-pleasing and over-functioning
Setting and managing healthy boundaries
Loving medicine again (yes, it really is possible)
Reclaiming rest, ease, and joy as non-negotiables—not rewards
Redefining success on your own terms
Living in alignment with what you truly need to be well, whole, and grounded
This Work May Not Be the Right Fit If...
This work isn’t for everyone. It’s deep intentional work. It’s important to know if the timing and approach are right for you.
It may not be the right fit if:
- You’re seeking therapy, crisis support, or medical advice
- You’re looking for quick-fixes or external validation
- You’re not open to honest reflection and meaningful growth
This isn’t a program to simply push through or complete.
It’s brave work. Honest work. Joyful work.
And it changes everything
What Happens Next
Because of the depth and individualized nature of this work, I accept only a small number of private clients at a time. This ensures you receive my full presence, deep support, and personalized attention throughout our time together.
If you would like to learn more, I invite you to book a consult call.
You’ll be directed to a brief application form and calendar link to request a time. This is not a sales call. It’s a thoughtful conversation—an opportunity for us both to discern whether we’re the right fit.
Uncertain whether coaching is for you? Feel free to reach out–you’ll know if it’s the right time.
