Yes! All guests will be booked as single occupants until the share has been added to the room reservation. When sharing a room, the name of the person sharing should be provided so Miraval can note the reservation to allow another person to add themselves to the room. Once the deposit has been received for the share, the first person booking will receive a new confirmation with the adjusted rate for the double occupancy.

Miraval rates for this retreat are $677 per person per night for a single occupancy room. 
A double occupancy room is $577 per person per night.

In addition to the package rate and taxes, a 25% Resort Amenity Charge will be added to your package rate which includes:

Yes. We ask that all retreat participants stay at Miraval to support the full experience.

No. Although the majority of participants are typically women, physicians of all genders are welcome at the retreat.

The retreat is designed to for medical doctors with an MD/DO degree or its equivalent.

Every physician knows about dressing up for medical conferences. We do things differently at the retreat. Informal attire is entirely appropriate. We encourage physicians to dress comfortably to allow them to move between classroom and other activities without difficulty.

In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by Continuing Education, Inc, and The Institute for Physician Wellness. Continuing Education, Inc. is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide education for physicians.

Continuing Education, Inc. designates this activity for 18 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits ™. 

IPW Policy: Cancellations made 90 days prior to the event will be refunded the full registration amount minus a nonrefundable $250 processing fee. All cancellations made for any reason after that date are nonrefundable. No exceptions or transfers can be made.

The Institute for Physician Wellness, LLC reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely evet of a cancellation or postponement, The Institute for Physician Wellness, LLC will refund the registration fee minus the nonrefundable $250 processing fee, but is not responsible for any other related costs or charges to the participant.

Miraval is a separate entity form The Institute for Physician Wellness and has a separate cancellation policy.
