A 50% down payment will be due at reservation with the balance due upon check-out.

To get the group discount, all reservations must be made before Monday, November 27th 2023. After that date, standard room rates will apply based on Miraval availability.

Yes! All guests will be booked as single occupants until the share has been added to the room reservation. When sharing a room, the name of the person sharing should be provided so Miraval can note the reservation to allow another person to add themselves to the room. Once the deposit has been received for the share, the first person booking will receive a new confirmation with the adjusted rate for the double occupancy.

All transportation needs to be booked one week minimum prior to arrival. A good time to arrange transportation from the Tucson Airport is when you are communicating with the Group Coordinators are booking services. Call 844-277-0227.

To arrange for transportation other than to and from the Tucson International Airport, all guests can contact our transportation department to arrange private transportation for a fee transportation@miravalresorts.com.

The retreat cost does not include accommodations.
Miraval rates for this retreat are $677 per person per night for a single occupancy room. 
A double occupancy room is $577 per person per night.

A taxable 23% Resort Amenity Charge will be added to your package rate which includes:

• Complimentary Miraval bag and water bottle
• Access to pools, labyrinth, fitness center
• Access to spa facilities and steam room
• Wi-Fi, daily newspapers (upon request) and access to Business Center
• Shared airport transportation to and from Tucson International Airport.

No. Although the majority of participants are typically women, people of all genders are welcome at the retreat.

The retreat is designed to for medical doctors with an MD or DO degree.

No. Physicians are welcome at all stages of their careers.

Every physician knows about dressing up for medical conferences. We do things differently at the retreat. Informal attire is entirely appropriate. We encourage physicians to dress comfortably to allow them to move between classroom and other activities without difficulty.

IPW Policy: Cancellations made 90 days prior to the event will be refunded the full registration amount minus a nonrefundable $250 processing fee. All cancellations made for any reason after that date are nonrefundable. No exceptions or transfers can be made.

The Institute for Physician Wellness, LLC reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely evet of a cancellation or postponement, The Institute for Physician Wellness, LLC will refund the registration fee minus the nonrefundable $250 processing fee, but is not responsible for any other related costs or charges to the participant.

Miraval is a separate entity form The Institute for Physician Wellness and has a separate cancellation policy. The Institute for Physician Wellness is not responsible for fees or charges associated to your cancellation at Miraval Resort and Spa. Please visit their website for more information on this policy.
